Description

Open Pollination (O.P.) seeds from Hosta Fickle Blue Genes. Pod parent is a slow grower with nice, thick leaves. Great blue color and high contrast streaking that is yellow early in the season. Heavy substance in the leaves. Even stabilized blues out of this streaker are impressive and command attention. Should produce desirable offspring, including streakers. With a very small harvest in 2021, we went from 25 seeds per packet to 12 per packet to give more folks the chance to get Fickle Blue Genes genetics into their gardens. Otherwise, we’d have to auction them all off to one person; we thought this was the better route this year.
