Description
Open Pollination (O.P.) seeds from Hosta Spilt Milk. A large blue-green plant with the amazing stable “spilled milk” splashed variegation which literally looks like someone dribbled milk over the leaves. Seedlings can rarely have this same variegation, although I’ve yet to encounter one (one seed grower got lucky in spring 2021!). However, we have a nice seafoam green seedling we’re growing out that came from O.P. Spilt Milk seedlings in years past. So, I think these seeds have merit, even if the odds of the streaking showing up are astronomically low. Based on the number of requests we had for Spilt Milk seeds after they were sold out from the 2020 harvest, we felt it made sense to return to packaging them 25 to a packet.
